Overview
- Join a dynamic HR team as an Employee Relations Specialist on a contract basis.
- Conduct HR investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and disciplinary matters.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to implement policies and procedures effectively.
- Work in a hybrid environment with four days onsite and one remote day weekly.
- Engage in a full-time schedule with flexible shifts from 9-5 or 10-6.
- Contribute to a minimum six-month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct thorough and impartial HR investigations into workplace concerns.
- Advise on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all HR activities.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve employee disputes and foster positive relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and employee relations activities.
- Provide training and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
- Preferred 3 years of experience in HR investigations and employee relations.
- Proven ability to conduct investigations into discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
- Strong knowledge of performance management and disciplinary action processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite and remote responsibilities.
