  • Work in a hybrid setup, collaborating onsite in Nutley, NJ, 2-3 days weekly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop high-quality internal and external medical resources, including presentations and training materials.
  • Ensure scientific content aligns with the Medical Communications strategy and is accurate and relevant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Conduct literature reviews and integrate new information into existing resources.
  • Manage workflow tasks and track multiple projects effectively.
  • Maintain and update the reference library catalog and training guides.
  • Follow review and approval processes according to established policies.
  • Create advisory board materials and write topline or executive summary reports.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology medical writing or content development.
  • Proficiency in VEEVA VAULT and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with advisory board content development and report writing preferred.
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to distill complex topics effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve goals.
  • Collaborative nature with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in data analytics and visualization platforms preferred.
