Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive accurate and timely billing and collections processes for assigned partners and practice groups.
- Monitor accounts receivable reports, ensuring prompt payment and resolving underpayments effectively.
- Update finance reports regularly to maintain quality reporting for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure compliance with client guidelines and accurate invoicing.
- Coordinate and lead monthly billing and accounts receivable meetings with assigned partners.
- Ensure successful submission of e-billing through designated platforms and client systems.
- Support client account managers with day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
- Document client requirements to streamline collaboration and improve billing processes.
- Participate in system upgrades and validate functionality to enhance billing operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields required.
- 4-5 years of relevant billing and client relationship experience in professional services or law firms.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word with strong technical billing and client service skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage complex billing processes.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet deadlines as required.
