- Support the firm’s Summer Associate Program, ensuring smooth execution and positive experiences.
- Contribute to the firm’s mission-driven culture, focusing on civil rights and public interest law.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
- Collaborate with coordinators and external recruiters to identify and attract top talent.
- Work in a hybrid environment with three days onsite weekly, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with firm objectives and market trends.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job descriptions, interviews, feedback collection, and offer processes.
- Coordinate on-campus recruitment efforts, including outreach, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Design and oversee the Summer Associate Program, ensuring comprehensive pre-arrival and event planning.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and compile recruitment statistics for reporting purposes.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring recruitment budgets, ensuring financial alignment with goals.
- Collaborate with team members and external recruiters to identify and secure top-tier candidates.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with 1-2 years in team management.
- Experience in a law firm environment is mandatory.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
