Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and develop reporting frameworks for Private Credit Funds.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including performance updates and track records.
- Prepare and review quarterly investor reporting deliverables with precision.
- Address ad hoc investor inquiries with detailed and accurate responses.
- Analyze large data files using advanced Excel and programming tools.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver results and support cross-training initiatives.
- Understand and apply key portfolio company financial metrics effectively.
- Contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with adaptability and enthusiasm.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a strong academic track record.
- 5-7 years of experience in private credit, hedge funds, or financial institutions.
- Proficiency in calculating performance and exposure metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with programming languages like SQL, Python, or VBA.
- Understanding of portfolio company metrics such as EBITDA, Leverage, and LTV.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- CFA certification or willingness to pursue CFA preferred.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
