Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and oversee the US Relationship Management team, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to grow the client base and enhance client experience.
  • Develop and mentor team members, providing training and tools for effective client management.
  • Drive higher trade volumes and identify new opportunities with existing clients.
  • Ensure successful client onboarding and monitor lead times for process improvement.
  • Conduct post go-live assessments and competitor analysis to boost client trading activity.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for relationship managers under your leadership.
  • Maintain strong market reputation through exceptional client service and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and develop the regional Relationship Management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide tools and training for effective onboarding and client management across all services.
  • Implement goal strategies and conduct performance evaluations to foster team growth.
  • Lead hiring efforts for Relationship Management personnel within the region.
  • Monitor and improve onboarding lead times in collaboration with global leadership.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally through proper escalation channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to deliver enhanced offerings to clients.
  • Conduct client calls and visits to provide demonstrations, reviews, and recommendations.
  • Monitor team efforts in optimizing vendor relationships and advancing sales leads.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years managerial experience, with 10 years preferred in relevant fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in a related field required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs; Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in banking or financial markets preferred.
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions in a hybrid environment.
  • Project and vendor management skills to optimize operational efficiency.
