- Lead and oversee the US Relationship Management team, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and develop the regional Relationship Management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide tools and training for effective onboarding and client management across all services.
- Implement goal strategies and conduct performance evaluations to foster team growth.
- Lead hiring efforts for Relationship Management personnel within the region.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience, with 10 years preferred in relevant fields.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in a related field required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs; Python knowledge is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience in banking or financial markets preferred.
