Job Description

Overview

  • Lead business development efforts for a dynamic construction organization in Houston, TX.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Consult with executive leadership on organizational health and business strategies.
  • Support marketing efforts by preparing proposals and customized presentations.
  • Oversee CRM database updates and client interaction tracking.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance company visibility and reputation in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or marketing roles.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
