Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License must be obtained prior to start date.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- CNOR certification is highly desirable for this role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire a diverse team.
