Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes.
- Oversee HRIS processes and reporting in Workday and ADP systems.
- Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management.
- Assist in performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR policies and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, track metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and audit employee records for accuracy and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator required.
- Hands-on experience with ADP and Workday systems is essential.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and recruitment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- HR certification is preferred but not mandatory for the role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
