Overview

  • Join a dynamic HR team as an HR Generalist in the hospitality industry.
  • Support HR operations with a focus on HRIS administration and compliance.
  • Work onsite in Center City Philadelphia with flexible remote days monthly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes.
  • Oversee HRIS processes and reporting in Workday and ADP systems.
  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management.
  • Assist in performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR policies and best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports, track metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and audit employee records for accuracy and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator required.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP and Workday systems is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • HR certification is preferred but not mandatory for the role.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
