- Work hours are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, providing a consistent schedule.
- Utilize your expertise in administrative tasks to support field teams and subcontractors effectively.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, safety logs, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
- Collect and verify field employee timesheets, assisting with payroll submissions and resolving discrepancies.
- Support procurement activities, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory records for tools and supplies.
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, compliance tracking, and communication to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with site logistics, including delivery coordination, visitor logs, and access control management.
- Ensure documentation aligns with company safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and distribute daily field reports, progress updates, and other project-related documentation.
- Utilize project management software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; entry-level position with growth potential.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with construction management software preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse administrative tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a field environment.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and workflows is preferred but not mandatory.
