Senior Technical Program Manager

Overview

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions in IT program management.
• Manage Agile ceremonies and guide engineering teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Support foundational components for next-generation applications in a dynamic environment.
• Work remotely with a preference for Eastern Time Zone availability.
• Engage with engineering teams to identify impediments and drive resolutions effectively.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering teams for seamless integration.
• Contribute to building APIs for automotive clients while maintaining stable interfaces.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, and cross-team synchronization.
• Report project statuses to teams and management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Manage Jira tasks such as ticket creation, backlog prioritization, and sprint management.
• Lead daily standups and backlog refinement sessions for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve project impediments.
• Support the Automotive Proxy Layer team in bridging clients and service domains.
• Assist in building APIs and implementing business logic for automotive clients.
• Potentially support the Web Engineering team in delivering digital solutions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT program management or related fields.
• Proficiency in Jira for task management and Agile processes.
• Strong soft skills with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience managing engineering teams and leading Agile ceremonies.
• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Remote work capability with preference for Eastern Time Zone availability.
• Background in API development and automotive client solutions is advantageous.
• Ability to report project statuses effectively to stakeholders and management.
