Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review period-end portfolio NAV and SEC reporting for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with fund reporting teams to assess fair value inputs and impacts.
  • Maintain and review internal regulatory reporting requirements for timely compliance.
  • Support development of internal systems for valuation integration with strategies.
  • Conduct technical accounting research ensuring appropriate application to funds.
  • Maintain SEC reporting disclosure checklists and calendars for compliance.
  • Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all valuation-related activities.
  • Adapt to dynamic environments and changing priorities effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years operational or financial services experience; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in valuation modeling and fair value reporting.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site presence.
  • Experience in public and private financial sectors preferred.
