Job Description

Overview

  • Lead reporting transformation initiatives during IBOR implementation, ensuring accurate configuration and delivery of reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Drive adoption of self-service reporting tools post-implementation, fostering organizational transformation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in reporting, supporting stakeholders across portfolio management, compliance, and operations.
  • Design and oversee development of dashboards and data extracts using IBOR tools.
  • Ensure reporting deliverables meet security, audit, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and documentation to enhance user adoption of reporting tools.
  • Support post-implementation enhancements and upgrades with a focus on report regression testing.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Engage stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business, investor, and regulatory reporting needs.
  • Analyze current reporting structures and define future-state solutions within the IBOR system.
  • Translate reporting requests into detailed business specifications and oversee development.
  • Collaborate with IT to design best practices for data access and calculations libraries.
  • Develop and manage UAT test plans and scripts to validate reporting outputs.
  • Create training materials and deliver sessions to educate users on reporting tools.
  • Lead efforts to grow adoption of self-service reporting across the organization.
  • Act as a single point of contact for reporting enhancements and participate in scrum meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in investment systems reporting or implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with IBOR and financial reporting systems; experience with SimCorp One preferred.
  • Deep understanding of asset classes and portfolio structures.
  • Proficiency with modern reporting platforms, including dashboard design tools like Qlik.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional settings and managing priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Commitment to data accuracy and attention to detail.
