Job Description
Overview
- Lead technical design, development, and implementation of Workday Compensation solutions for HR, Payroll, and Compensation teams.
- Serve as a strategic partner ensuring Workday configurations align with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate system needs, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
- Maintain system integrity, manage database files, and develop custom reports for HR planning.
- Provide project management for HR initiatives focusing on Workday Advanced Compensation execution.
- Support functional areas with HR system operations, producing and analyzing reports and metrics.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve data or system discrepancies effectively.
- Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned by the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead HRIS team efforts to ensure effective stakeholder experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Manage HR initiatives and special projects with a focus on Workday Compensation execution.
- Maintain accurate HR system data and improve business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Support Workday system configurations, security, and optimization activities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve discrepancies across systems and data.
- Develop and analyze reports and metrics to support HR decision-making processes.
- Provide training and communication to non-technical users regarding system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of compensation design and data architecture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience supporting HR systems, with 5 years in Workday technical roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, including setup and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Workday integrations and connections with other business systems.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on long-term solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting Time Off Plans, Time Tracking, and Workday Payroll preferred.
