Overview

  • This remote role requires travel 3-4 days a week within IL, WI, MI, MN, SD, ND, and ON.
  • Engage with medical facilities, including hospitals and clinical centers, to promote innovative medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective business plans and schedules to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and promptly contact sales prospects, leveraging leads from field activities and internal sources.
  • Provide ongoing consulting and support to customers post-sales to foster business growth.
  • Participate in marketing events, including seminars, trade shows, and conferences, to promote products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and manage sales expenses in accordance with established plans and budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or technology sectors.
  • Strong background in clinical, surgical, or operating room environments preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for data management and communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift and transport demo equipment up to 50 lbs.
