Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Develop performance analyses, KPI trackers, and presentations for senior management.
- Utilize valuation methodologies like DCF and comparable company transactions.
- Ensure accuracy in quantitative and qualitative information impacting valuations.
- Collaborate with accounting, credit, and operations teams on valuation inquiries.
- Monitor financial performance and industry dynamics for portfolio investments.
- Coordinate with teams to enhance valuations and address credit developments.
- Maintain valuation and portfolio databases and prepare quarterly valuation reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in valuation or portfolio analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
