Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Calculate and reconcile monthly and quarterly wholesaler sales commissions using MARS software.
- Maintain sales data alignment across Salesforce CRM, MARS, and Finance systems.
- Generate regular and ad hoc commission and sales reports for senior management review.
- Perform daily trade capture, affirmation, and reporting across custodians and counterparties.
- Conduct trade reconciliation and monitor settlement processes to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in regulatory reporting and preparation of client deliverables.
- Support fund accounting, pricing, and performance reporting processes while collaborating with portfolio management and compliance teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services, including sales/distribution and investment operations.
- Proficiency in MARS commission software and Salesforce CRM is essential.
- Familiarity with trade reconciliation, settlement, and investment accounting processes preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros, are highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
- Progress toward CFA, CAIA, or similar designation is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams.
