Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform accurate data entry of accounts payable invoices into the system.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting.
- Process and reconcile expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and inquiries related to invoices.
- Utilize "The Construction Manager" software for AP tasks after training.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the AP department.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent education required.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience; 3 years preferred.
- Familiarity with construction industry practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
