Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion for diverse construction initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to optimize project outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction project management.
• Preferred 25 years of experience in overseeing complex construction projects.
• Proven leadership skills at the VP level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of high-end interiors and industrial/manufacturing projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction.
