Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Dispatch field workers efficiently to address service requests and project needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities using Excel and Word.
  • Communicate effectively with blue-collar workers to ensure task clarity and completion.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 1 year of dispatching experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for record-keeping and documentation.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
  • Ability to work onsite from 7 AM to 4 PM in a public transportation-accessible area.
