Overview

  • Participate in the development and implementation of improved accounting policies and workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor accounting practices and workflows to ensure compliance and consistency with firm standards.
  • Oversee month-end close processes and ensure timely reconciliations between systems.
  • Support tax compliance efforts, including documentation maintenance and inter-company agreements.
  • Assist the FP&A team by acquiring and preparing data for performance analysis.
  • Drive improvements in accounting processes and policies, resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with local accountants and tax groups to develop solutions for international financial challenges.
  • Provide exceptional client service by meeting high-quality standards and exceeding expectations.
  • Travel internationally as required to support multinational operations and projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of general accounting experience; multinational corporate accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Aderant.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Experience working with colleagues in Europe or Asia is advantageous.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive under pressure.
  • Legal or service industry experience highly preferred.
