Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the full trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate capture, affirmation, and settlement processes.
  • Oversee transaction booking across trade capture, risk, and accounting systems.
  • Support bespoke financing solutions, including repos, securities lending, and commercial paper.
  • Maintain robust control frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with traders, treasury, legal, compliance, and technology teams for smooth transaction execution.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational resiliency.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in regulatory reporting and disclosures.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting professional growth and accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, treasury, or middle office roles.
  • Strong knowledge of funding instruments like repos, derivatives, and commercial paper.
  • Proficiency in trade capture and accounting systems, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across teams.
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence 3-4 days per week.
