Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
• Review and approve construction documents, including blueprints and permits.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Arts (AA) degree in construction management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision; 3 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in ground-up cold storage construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at various locations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
