  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and ensure clear communication of strategies and performance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm's strategies and operations to effectively communicate with investors.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, firm-wide statistics, and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and investment teams on fundraising efforts and pitch materials.
  • Respond promptly to investor inquiries regarding performance, strategy, and operations.
  • Manage investor due diligence processes, including data room coordination and record keeping.
  • Create and update newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials to support client-facing efforts.
  • Interface with fund administrators for investor onboarding and transaction processing.
  • Enhance client service functions through proactive collaboration and process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in finance, business, or related fields.
  • 3-7 years of investor relations experience, ideally in asset management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with DealCloud is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a self-sufficient and proactive approach.
