- Maintain and update the Experience Database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data for business development purposes.
- Draft, edit, and proofread marketing materials, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all communications.
- Track and report outcomes of business development activities, providing insights to inform future strategies.
- Support administrative tasks such as expense processing and calendar management for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate and execute client-focused events, including webinars and networking receptions.
- Manage submissions for industry directories and awards, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Maintain and update the firm's Experience Database with relevant data and case information.
- Draft and proofread marketing materials, ensuring alignment with firm branding and messaging.
- Track and analyze business development activity outcomes to provide actionable insights.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including processing expenses and managing team calendars.
- Support the creation and distribution of internal newsletters and client alerts.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates with legal or professional services backgrounds.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to navigate firm-specific systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team dynamic, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
