Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create and manage corporate shared services budgets effectively.
  • Implement costing processes to optimize expense allocation.
  • Produce detailed financial reports including forecasts and variances.
  • Review and allocate invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to establish standardized reporting categories.
  • Develop financial controls and approval matrices for cost management.
  • Assist with project costing, projections, and ROI analysis.
  • Participate in audits and ensure adherence to financial policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial tasks.
  • Experience with corporate overheads or IT spend management preferred.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Thomson Reuters 3E and Chrome River is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
