Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
- Coordinate patient care activities, optimizing resource allocation and workflow.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care plans for effectiveness and compliance.
- Facilitate staff participation in shared governance and decision-making processes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical and supervisory experience; 5 years preferred.
- Current RN license in good standing; BLS certification required.
- Proficiency in computer systems for record-keeping and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage budgets and develop strategic plans for the unit.
