Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop architectural designs and plans for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.

  • Utilize AutoCAD for precise drafting and design, enhancing project efficiency and accuracy.

  • Apply knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, and Bluebeam software to enhance design presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards and regulations throughout project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited program is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with Photoshop, SketchUp, and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Registration or ability to become registered as an architect is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in commercial architectural projects, including renovations and new constructions.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel requirements.
  • Strong collaborative skills and commitment to continual improvement and professional development.
