Overview
- Work as a Project Architect at a leading design firm specializing in architecture, engineering, and landscape architecture.
- Contribute to diverse projects including civic, institutional, educational, and library developments.
- Engage in all project phases, from concept development to construction administration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop architectural designs and plans in alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for MEP, fire protection, and systems design integration.
- Conduct site assessments, existing condition evaluations, and code compliance reviews.
- Manage project budgets, cost estimations, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead construction administration activities, including client representation and contractor coordination.
- Prepare renderings, visualizations, and presentations for stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate public workshops and engagement sessions to gather input and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to sustainability practices and environmental standards in design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 6 years of architectural experience; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of ADA compliance, sustainability practices, and code regulations.
- Experience in construction administration and client representation.
- Strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and project scheduling.
