Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and assign caregivers to client cases ensuring seamless care delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate schedules and resolve day-to-day service issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care and workforce management.
  • Support caregiver engagement and address concerns to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
  • Utilize home care management software for documentation and scheduling purposes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assign healthcare workers to client cases based on skills, availability, and patient needs.
  • Manage caregiver schedules, including shift coverage and time-off requests.
  • Monitor caregiver attendance and document incidents or performance concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health requirements, including physicals and immunizations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate caregiver and case documentation in scheduling software.
  • Address caregiver complaints and provide timely resolutions within authority scope.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 1 year administrative or customer service experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with home care software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish, Russian, or Cantonese/Mandarin are advantageous.
