Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Conduct site inspections to verify progress and compliance with project plans.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Arts (AA) degree in construction management or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management; 12 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in ground-up construction and restaurant remodeling projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work on-site and oversee construction activities directly.
