Overview
- Coordinate mailroom operations for a temporary contract role, ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Ensure the mailroom is organized, clean, and equipped with necessary supplies.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Track and maintain records of mailroom activities, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of mailroom supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with courier services to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to mailroom operations promptly.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mailroom or related administrative roles.
- Preferred 3 years of experience in mailroom operations or similar functions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing mailroom activities.
- Proficiency in using mailroom equipment and software for efficient operations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and external contacts effectively.
- Ability to work on-site during standard business hours, 8am to 5pm.
