Job Description

Overview

  • Provide high-quality IT support for employees, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruptions.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Support hybrid Azure AD lifecycle management, access policies, and identity governance.
  • Manage endpoint devices across Intune and Jamf platforms for diverse operating systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot enterprise security platforms, ensuring data protection and compliance.
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Administer IT asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, imaging, and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate with IT peers and business teams to implement solutions and improve workflows.
  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver responsive IT support for both in-office and remote employees.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments and ensure compliance with security features.
  • Manage hybrid Azure AD user/device lifecycle and conditional access policies.
  • Support endpoint management across Intune and Jamf platforms.
  • Configure enterprise security platforms, including email security and CASB/SASE tools.
  • Execute employee onboarding/offboarding workflows, ensuring smooth experiences.
  • Administer IT asset management processes, including procurement and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate on IT projects, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
  • Provide after-hours and weekend on-call support as part of a global IT rotation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT support or systems administration experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and hybrid Azure AD management.
  • Hands-on experience with Intune and Jamf for device management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security platforms and endpoint protection tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for supporting executives and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to provide after-hours and weekend on-call support.
  • Curious and adaptive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
