Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.

- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and prioritize interventions.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
- Current RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan with active status.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date.
- Preferred: One year of RN experience in a healthcare setting.
- Basic proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to participate in quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
