Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent technical education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fabrication or CNC operations; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC machinery and related tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
  • Willingness to work on-site and participate in overtime as needed.
