Job Description
Overview
- Provide system administration and desktop support within a dynamic IT team environment.
- Troubleshoot user systems using scripting languages for efficient problem resolution.
- Administer user systems to optimize performance and ensure robust data backup procedures.
- Support local and remote users with hardware, software, and application issues.
- Facilitate customer resolutions and ensure operational consistency across IT support shifts.
- Provide exemplary internal customer service and build strong working relationships.
- Work onsite full-time to support IT operations and user needs.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer user systems, monitor performance, and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Troubleshoot automated systems using scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
- Provide help desk support for offices and remote staff, resolving level 1-3 cases.
- Support Microsoft Exchange, CRM systems, and MDM solutions like Intune.
- Troubleshoot network issues including VPN, wireless, LAN, and storage systems.
- Manage SharePoint file permissions and document library access.
- Install and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and IT accessories for users.
- Support new user onboarding and departing user offboarding processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably 4 years, in support analyst roles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, VBS, or Python.
- Experience with MDM systems such as Intune and NinjaOne.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and MS Office 365.
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and willingness to work off-hours.
