Overview

  • Serve as a Floating Banker, engaging clients and prospects to provide tailored banking solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions and fulfilling sales and service needs.
  • Work across multiple branches to support operational and client engagement requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless banking experiences for clients.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all clients and visitors.
  • Provide consultative selling to identify and address client financial needs effectively.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the success of the client’s banking operations through proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Engage clients and prospects to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to deliver consistent and high-quality service.
  • Support branch operations by floating between locations as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services to assist clients effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in achieving branch sales and service goals through proactive engagement.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in finance or business preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years banking experience as a teller or customer service representative.
  • At least 3 years of sales and service experience in a financial institution or retail setting.
  • Strong consultative selling skills to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients professionally.
  • Ability to work on-site across multiple branch locations as required.
  • Proficiency in banking systems and tools to ensure efficient operations.
