Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably 15 years.
• Proven expertise in managing multifamily and hospitality construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of wood-frame construction methods and project management practices.
• Ability to lead teams effectively and ensure project milestones are met.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
