Finance Systems Consultant

Overview

• Serve as a Finance Systems Consultant specializing in Infor ERP modules for a six-month contract role.
• Fully remote opportunity with flexible collaboration across finance and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Act as the subject matter expert for Infor finance modules, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify and implement system improvements.
• Translate finance requirements into technical specifications for system configuration.
• Support testing, training, and deployment of new Infor features and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT and Infor support.
• Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, and user guides for Infor functionalities.
• Assist with financial closing activities and support FP&A processes.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity, security, and applicable regulations.
• Participate in cross-functional groups to drive process and system improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Infor finance modules, including General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
• Experience with process automation and ERP system implementation.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX, GAAP, and IFRS preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical and business requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite or Infor LN is advantageous.
• Subject to background check and drug testing; occasional travel may be required.
