Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a legal setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with NetDocuments and BigHand preferred.
- Skilled in transcription and taking accurate dictation.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and e-filing systems preferred.
