Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; 8 years preferred.
• Proven track record managing retail, restaurant, and light commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior project managers effectively.
