Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of patient care delivery experience, with four years in leadership roles.
- Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of patient safety, nursing principles, and healthcare compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
- Experience in project/program management and operational budget oversight.
