Overview

  • Assist in managing construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Support the client in scaling operations and enhancing presence in Texas.
  • Contribute to large-scale projects, including higher education, healthcare, and aviation facilities.

  • Ensure compliance with CM at Risk and Design Build methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor project progress, addressing issues to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and objectives are met.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules and reports.
  • Assist in resource allocation and procurement for construction activities.
  • Support compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of operational strategies and scaling efforts.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical and managerial skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in construction management, engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage complex projects.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to work on-site in a dynamic team environment.
