Overview
- Serve as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars for executives, ensuring optimal time management.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
- Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for senior leadership.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and communications.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive-level administrative support.
- Preferred 12 years of experience in a similar role within a professional setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
