Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Submit insurance claims accurately and timely to ensure prompt reimbursement.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility using E-Paces system.
- Process payments, including checks, and reconcile accounts receivable.
- Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with insurance providers.
- Maintain organized and accurate billing records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize billing processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and guidelines.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in billing preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing; 2 years preferred.
- Proficiency in E-Paces system and insurance verification processes.
- Strong knowledge of claims submission and accounts receivable management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data processing.
- Ability to work on-site during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
- Effective communication skills for addressing billing inquiries and team collaboration.
