Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling to support the hiring process efficiently.
  • Assist with requisition management and foster positive candidate relationships.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through meticulous transaction processing and audits.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition team for seamless operations.
  • Utilize advanced Applicant Tracking Systems, including iCIMS, for recruitment processes.
  • Interact effectively with staff at all levels, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Leverage Zoom video conferencing technology for conducting interviews.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Google Docs and the G Suite for documentation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.
  • Manage requisitions and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
  • Perform audits and process transactions to uphold data integrity.
  • Support recruiters in organizing and executing hiring processes.
  • Utilize iCIMS and ServiceNow technologies for recruitment and collaboration tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct virtual interviews using Zoom and related technologies.
  • Maintain documentation and communication using Google Docs and G Suite tools.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a Talent Acquisition support role; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly iCIMS.
  • Strong familiarity with ServiceNow and Google Suite tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service principles.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
