Overview

  • Lead the Imaging Services department at a prestigious healthcare organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Provide strategic direction to enhance imaging services and patient outcomes through innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute clinical, operational, and financial strategies.
  • Oversee multi-site imaging operations, ensuring compliance and high-quality patient care.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, partnerships, and market growth.
  • Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and fiscal accountability.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared success across departments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute imaging service strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee imaging operations, ensuring compliance and efficient workflows.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance and manage risks.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion and market growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
  • Registered as a Technologist (RT), CNMT, or RDMS with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, 7 years preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proven ability to drive growth across multi-site healthcare environments.
  • Experience in fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
