Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Recruiting team, including coordinators and managers, in a hybrid work environment.
  • Assist with on-campus interviews (OCI), including registrations, interviewer selection, and event planning.
  • Coordinate summer associate program activities, including onboarding, orientation, and event logistics.
  • Schedule callback interviews, distribute schedules, and manage interview-related communications.
  • Support outreach activities to student organizations and coordinate mock interviews for first-year law students.
  • Prepare reports and materials for Recruiting Committee meetings and track expense vouchers and invoices.
  • Maintain recruiting department email inbox and manage resume entries and follow-up correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support, including conference room arrangements and catering reservations.
  • Assist with lateral application interview scheduling and updates in viRecruit system.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for on-campus interviews and related events.
  • Support summer associate program activities, including event planning and evaluations.
  • Schedule and organize callback interviews, ensuring smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for recruiting activities and candidates.
  • Assist with outreach initiatives to law student organizations and coordinate mock interviews.
  • Prepare reports and materials for internal meetings and recruiting committees.
  • Process and track expense vouchers, invoices, and department budgets.
  • Provide administrative support for recruiting events and activities.
  • Order and manage promotional materials for recruiting events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in legal recruiting or professional services preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and viRecruit advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and high energy level are necessary.
  • Team-oriented attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills.
