POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences & Healthcare 180 Recruiter (EST or CST) to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in life sciences and healthcare staffing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely, leveraging your expertise in recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. The ideal candidate is driven, knowledgeable in clinical roles, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for life sciences and healthcare professionals, focusing on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare and clinical clients and candidates across various career stages.
  • Utilize the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing tools to build a robust candidate network.
  • Analyze and parse resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications relevant to healthcare roles.
  • Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates effectively.
  • Collect and analyze hiring process data to optimize recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance recruitment practices and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in life sciences and pharmaceutical recruitment or sales/business development.
  • Proven industry knowledge with the ability to discuss relevant skills, roles, and companies effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative and supportive team setting.
