POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services BD or 360 Recruiter (Full Desk) to join our dynamic team in Texas. This role is part of our Professional Services division, focusing on staffing for executive assistants, human resources, marketing, sales, and legal support roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
  • Analyze resumes to parse specialized skills and qualifications relevant to professional services roles.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract active and passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay informed and adjust recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment; 3 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of professional services roles and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ambitious and financially motivated with a commitment to professional growth.
